Today I would recommend that you and your shortie* spend your $900 to prove that you are better than someone! And what says that you are more affluent than bling*!! For those who are unaquainted with the term… BLING is- a slang term in hip hop culture referring to flashy or elaborate jewelry and ornamented accessories that are carried, worn, or installed, such as cell phones or tooth caps. So in linguistic terms, bling is an ideophone intended to evoke the “sound” of light hitting silver, platinum, or diamonds. Got it? I thought so. Personally I’m thinking about getting diamond encrusted grillz* but I suppose that if you gold-dipped your mobile phone, that would also be pretty dope*. Word*
*I apologise for the terrible lingo used in today’s post.

In relation to the previous comments, i would like to say this is one of the biggest problems with todays greedy population especially the gen y youth! Bling is in, looking good is everything isn’t it….Hey lets look rich and make us feel like we’re better than someone else?
Too bad i have to eat baked beans everyday for the next two weeks because i spent all my money on a flashy new mobile phone. My baby wears hand me downs whilst i wear the latest threads? and… **** i cant pay my rent/ board etc this week because i splashed $200 on sean paul sneakers, oh well mum and dad will pick up the bill wont they?
In the end do what you want with your own money…. I just laugh when people that look like they have fat wallets suddenly dissapear or mutter quitely that they have no money when its time to pay the tab………….They’re broke but hey they look good in their bling bling!
