Part 3! Mentos + Coke + Today’s post= Awesome!!!

So. Over the last 2 days I have suggested that it would be possible to buy 685 litres of coke, 15,000 Mentos and a giant inflatable Coke bottle. I mean that’s good and all, but it’s like having Earth and Wind but without the Fire or the Snap, Crackle without the Pop. Today I suggest that it would be possible to create the worlds largest mentos geyser! You would need some kind of base for the Coke bottle(perhaps a hole), duct tape, a huge PVC pipe, a funnel, some plastic (fast food restaurant tray), a rope, a 1980′s JVC VHS video camera and a youtube account. You will also need to find 2 friends willing to purchase the aforementioned Mentos and Coke, but I’m sure that’s the easy part. Think of the fame and fortune!

Today is part 2 of a 3 part series. On this fine Tuesday, I suggest that your $900 government stimulus package would be best spent on 75 bags worth of Mentos. Each bag cost $11.96 and you you get 200 in each bag. That’s 15,000 mentos!!!!! That’s 1 mento (singular?!) a day for the next 41 years! That sounds like pretty awesome way to spend the rest of your life!!!

So I received word of the first real “Cash Grab” for your $900! Kogan has released the KEVIN37, which is pretty much it sounds like…a 37 inch LCD tv for $900. It’s a little misleading because you still need to pay S+H which will set you back another $50-$100! I mean I’m all for targetting people with catchy slogans, but atleast make it $900 delivered to your door! But on the bright side, you do get a free KEVIN37 T-Shirt! Nearly seems worth it. Actually I saw a 37inch Sony Bravia at Kmart this week for $999, which is reckon is a better deal…even though it doesn’t come with a tshirt!

Apparently you can pay people to dress up as clowns and follow you around in order to overcome you fear of clowns!! This apparently is no joke, and I guess it’s probably the most literal online auction based immersion therapy that money can buy! What better way to spend your $900 than by overcoming a fear!!! So this auction finished on $355.00 US. Which basically means you could overcome TWO of your fears for $900!!!! Thanks Mr Rudd! Not only are you helping our economy, but you helping those poor out work clowns find a new niche for their services!

I know that this is a little old, but I’ve just come across the original Ebay listing for it! This baby only sold for $134 which means that you could purchase 6 and then have some money left over to buy spare tyres (for the millions of skids) and contraception/pregnancy tests (pregnancy caused by extremeness to the maxxxx). Apparently it’s quite a rare chrome Aussie BMX and honestly would’ve been a great addition to anyone’s vintage BMX bike collection. So keep your eye out and you too could be doing boom gnarly stunt tricks in no time!!!

I had no idea that such an amazing thing was even conceivable…up until today. I quite often talk of having a mind explosion (like the time I saw Ray Meagher at the shops)…but this nearly takes the cake! As it turns out, you can create you own M & M’s!!! Yeah totally crazy! You can get a picture of yourself or a message on them. I mean what better way to celebrate a birthday, bah mitsfah, or being 3 weeks sober! You even get the option of 3 fonts! Arial, comic sans, or brush script! I’m not kidding…you couldn’t make this stuff up! It’s like $35 (US) for 3 bags, so with shipping and conversion I would say you could get about 35-40 bags of M&M’s! Woo Hoo! EDIT: turns out they dont ship internationally AT ALL…. FAIL!!

Turns out that you can hire Humphrey B Bear!! What an amazing day that would be! There was no pricing listed, but how expensive could an afternoon with Humphrey B Bear be? I’m thinking that $900 would get you ATLEAST an entire weekend of tom-foolery and good times. For those who don’t know, Humphrey was a pantless, mute bear that used to be on tv…doesn’t that sound awesome?! yes, yes it does!!
