Yes. It’s a sad indictment on Australia’s attention span when we forget WAXGATE from the 2007 election! It was one of the main reasons that I didn’t vote for him. I find eating your own earwax quite repulsive! Anyways, I just wanted to clear the air…here’s the famous Kevin Rudd ear wax eating video!

Weekend number 2- Where’s my money?!

So it’s nearly week 3 of the stimulation season, and I’m still totally unstimulated! Anyone else feeling it? Or more likely not feeling it. Honestly I feel as though as I deserve my money… I’m a hard working Aussie who thinks this is a pretty good country, hasn’t ever been a burden on the gov’t, does his tax on time and thinks Khe San should be our national anthem. I’ve created loads of awareness and place where people can discuss the stimulus package, so I think I should get the nod and receive some of Kevin Rudd’s stimulation. I hate to see some “undeserving people” receive their money before me, and I think you know who I’m talking about…Twilight fans, people who don’t like lamingtons, and people who have never seen Star Wars. It makes me sick.

I had an exciting email the other day from a gentleman who had the incredible idea to purchase “The Lodge” (the PM’s house, not this movie) and “Kirribilli House”. He went on to say,

“So much of my money would be used to maintain these nice homes every year. I will never get to live in or even use a sheet to eat on the carpet in any of these Houses under the current arrangement and that disturbs me.”

He proposes an interesing idea, we should all pitch in and buy these houses, that way whenever we are in Sydney/Canberra we have somewhere to stay! Also, it will feel as though we really do own a part of this country!!Power to the people! Also, we can charge Rudd for rent!! It’s this simple- if we put in 20 cents each we could spend $1.6 million dollars on buying his house/s!

Happy Stimulus Season!! Stimulation begins today…

Well today is the glorious day that people start receiving their $900! It’s going to be a nervous 6 weeks for a lot of us, checking our bank accounts and waiting for those 18,000 5 cent pieces to come rolling our way!!!! I have my bank account rigged so that when that sweet $900 hits my account I get an email! I’ll be down to JB quicker than Kevin Rudd can bring an air stewardess to tears.
It would be great to hear from people as they get the $900, so it gives the rest of us hope that the money will soon be in our cold, economically down-turned hands! I have created a page called Lucky Ones that will list people that have received the payment and a notible fact about themselves…maybe we can find a pattern?! Like if there was alot of lonely, single, unattractive men with too much time on their hands getting their stimulus’ packages…I would know that mine can’t be too far away!!

So if you’ve got your stimulus package let me know! Also, if you spend your stimulus package…send me a comment or twitter me and let me know WHICH of my suggestions you actually used!
